This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com **Internal Medicine opening: Kissimmee, FL** - GME Core Faculty *Seeking a full-time core faculty physician for ACGME-accredited program* **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Must be BC in Internal Medicine and have prior experience in practice - Prior teaching experience is highly preferred - Currently 7 other physicians in practice and 75 residents - Spanish language fluency is a plus but not required - Must have or be able to obtain Florida medical license ***Applicants must have 2-3 years minimum of prior experience. Teaching/leadership experience is not required but is a plus*** **Faculty Duties** - As core faculty, this position will work with residents in both the inpatient and outpatient settings with a supportive group of physicians, administration and ancillary staff. - Core faculty will have the opportunity to actively participate in the following academic experiences: - Clinical supervision, mentoring and teaching of residents and medical students - Didactic presentations - Serving on committees - Participate Scholarly activity **Location** The Kissimmee area has many pleasant family oriented residential communities with quick access to multiple theme parks and numerous cultural and outdoor opportunities for enjoyment.
