We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and manage our ServiceNow implementation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project success, and deliver exceptional service management solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and project documentation.



Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish project success criteria. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project milestones, progress, and deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution.



ServiceNow Implementation:Oversee ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and client-specific requirements. Coordinate and manage the activities of the project team, including developers, administrators, and consultants, to ensure successful system configuration, customization, and integration. Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.



Project Risk Management:Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project impact. Monitor and control project progress, identify deviations from the project plan, and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with project governance standards, change control procedures, and quality assurance processes.



Project Documentation and Reporting:Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project status reports, change requests, and lessons learned. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, key milestones achieved, risks, and mitigation strategies. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.








Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. In-depth knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices. Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and risk assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established timelines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.
