They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.

    Requirements
    • Minimum 1 year of GM experience in a medium to high volume restaurant/QSR
    • Arrives on time
    • Great with guests
    • Can foresee problems before they occur
    • A leader and role model for team members
    • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
    • Top-notch guest service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Must submit to a background check
