will be paid a $3,00 sign on bonus, and Case Manager Supervisors a

DO:The Senior Case Manager Specialistis a professional non-exempt
position, responsible for assisting the Case Management Supervisor
in providing case management supervision to "teams" delivering
foster care and related services within CBC. Teams may include
(besides the Case Manager), therapist, foster parents, primary
caregiver, guardian ad litem and other appropriate
professionals.Candidate must have a current child welfare
certification with the Florida Certification Board. The supervision
will focus on the safety and permanency of the children and
attainment of specific performance standards and outcomes.WHAT WE

Personnel:Agency staff responsible for performing casework services
shall have a bachelor's degree in social work or related area of
study or a master's degree in social work or a related area of
study from an accredited college or university.Related degrees are
Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education,
Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family
Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Nursing.Must have a
valid Florida Drivers' license and current automobile insurance
coverageFlorida Certification Board:At minimum, applicants must
have a currentprovisional child welfare certificationfrom the
