Job DescriptionAdministrative Services ManagerOur Client is a
growing non-profit healthcare organization located in Kissimmee, FL

experienced Administrative Services Manager to join their growing
non-profit outpatient health organization.
- $55,000 to $70,000 Based on Experience
- PTO

- Bachelor's degree at minimum
- Three plus years of supervisory experience
- At least two years in a management position
- Two years of practice management and electronic health records
experience, or relevant role
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skillsResponsibilities:
- Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide
projects or initiatives.
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive
decisions.
- Creating systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Directly manages projects and programs as directed to include:
Managed Care, Eligibility, Transportation, 340B Pharmacy program in
coordination with the pharmacy manager, Reports, Systems Analyst,
Emergency Preparedness, Facilities, and Project Management
- Project management duties to include developing the scope and
schedule of the plan, organizing the structure of the project team,
setting the direction of the project, measuring progress, and
evaluating and correcting deviations to reach a successful
