Job DescriptionPosition: Operations Manager - BilingualOverview:A person successful in this role will excellent at managing multiple client accounts, worker performance reviews, branch and project audits with a focus on overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll and timecards for over 100 workers to include requisitions that are technical (engineering, real estate and acquisition, manufacturing, cyber security, etc.) and nontechnical (call center representatives, HR, clerical, etc.). th candidate must enjoy working with the public, is a problem solver, works proactively as opposed to reactively, has a great personality, is meticulous with documentation, and should be presentable at all times to interact with clients, public figures and job seekers virtually or in person. As a supervisor, multi-tasking, shifting between projects without compromising the quality, and possessing the skill to develop professional Standard Operating Procedures is crucial. This position is an individual contributor, but candidate must also exude comradery and collaboration. Having intermediate Excel skills, and implementing efficient practices for the team is also very important. Must pass drug screening and background checks, have reliable transportation, and must familiarize themselves with our brand. Is a go-getter and stays disciplined to meet deadlines, coaches team members and solves escalations.Experience Requirements:-5 years' in a staffing environment experience- Read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently -Conducting interviews and makes hiring decisions-Sending professional emails and managing manual and electronic filing systems-Providing excellent customer service in a client-facing role-Creating marketing and recruitment strategies that will generate constant revenue-Principal contact for over 100 workers-Orienting client supervisors and platform users-Managing onboarding-Resolving issues to do with inquiries via phone or email-Working in multiple recruitment and payroll software applications-Excellent Microsoft Suite familiarity in addition to computer and internet savviness-English fluency-reading, writing, speaking-Creating training guides, standard operating procedures and onboarding documents-Able to lift up to 25lbs-Reviewing and analyzing resumes using our in-house ATS software program-Initiate and manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, etc. -Scouring job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally-Conducting interviews in-person and virtually using industry-standard techniques-Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees-Maintaining insurance plans for employees-Understanding deductions and applying them correctly -Preparing annual, quarterly, yearly and weekly reports -Resolving payroll errors-Monitoring promotions, transferring and terminations-Ensuring that payroll goes out in timely mannerPreferences: -Having staffing industry experience-Bilingual (English & Spanish)Education Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/HR OR HR Certification- In leiu of bachelors degree, have HS Diploma plus 6+ years of experience Schedule:-Monday through Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pmAdditional Requirements: - Reliable transportation- Background check - Drug screening - Authorized to work in the United States
