Job Description:

This front line leader will be responsible and accountable for leading and managing a shift of unionized craft workers in the Attractions Engineering Department at the Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World. This leader will be an integral part of the day to day attractions maintenance of Epcot.

• BA/BS degree in an engineering or technical discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance and hold team members accountable
• Strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability as a team leader
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated computer proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Drive results and manager projects This position requires a team player with exceptional leadership skills and a strong bias for action. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will bring strong managerial, customer service and interpersonal skills to the role. This salaried leader will manage a team of hourly Cast Members in the day to day operations at the Epcot theme park.
  
  Lead a team of hourly Cast Members as direct reports by coaching, mentoring, motivating, empowering, removing obstacles and holding Cast accountable to overall job performance and Company policies and procedures. Make productive and positive contributions to safety, service and departmental performance.Required Education :
