funding confirmation. Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate
Project Management / Project Management . This position will be
located at our Aeronautics sector in Melbourne, FL . The qualified
candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Operations &
Integration team. The selected candidate will oversee and manage
the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison
between program management, integration, and project teams. Other
duties include: Cross?Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with all
functions to meet program objectives and deadlines. Project
Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track progress, identify issues, and
drive actions to closure. Resource Management: Work with business
area leads regarding project staffing baselines, forecasts, and
allocations to inform space planning. Knowledge & Process Sharing:
Update SharePoint, administer Jira & Confluence, create/maintain
process documentation, and drive continuous improvement. Business
Development Support: Assist with new?business proposals and
facilitation. Strategic Rhythm & Planning: Prepare status reports,
maintain detailed logs, and coordinate with required stakeholders
on space allocations or other resource changes. Stakeholder
Communication: Prepare and present status updates; ensure clear
communication of risks, issues, and opportunities. This requisition
may be filled at either an Associate Project Management (A01) or
Project Management (A02). Basic Qualifications for Associate
Project Management (A01) A candidate, regardless of age and hiring
source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be
completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an
accredited institution by May 2026. Your ability to transfer and
maintain the final adjudicated Secret clearance ( DoD must be
in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation ) and any program
access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of
time, as determined by the Company. Basic Qualifications for
Project Management (A02) A candidate, regardless of age and hiring
source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be
completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an
accredited institution by May 2026, or 2 years of experience and be
completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an
accredited institution by May 2026. Your ability to transfer and
maintain the final adjudicated Secret clearance ( DoD must be
in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation ) and any program
access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of
time, as determined by the Company. Physical Demands: The following
physical demands are essential functions of this role. Reasonable

Ability to work, stand, walk or move throughout facility up to 10
hours without loss of productivity or safety. Safely navigate all
areas of the facilities, including stairs, aisles, and elevated
platforms. Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 10 lb.

leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication
skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) Pay
Range Associate Project Management: $54,400.00-$68,000.00 Project
Management: $65,500.00-$93,300.00 Campusjobs AS-FA3 Primary Level
Salary Range: $54,400.00 - $68,000.00 Secondary Level Salary Range:
$65,500.00 - $93,300.00 The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
