Technician-Day Shift Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for
a Maintenance Technician to perform Industrial Maintenance in a
manufacturing environment. Responsible for installation, support,
maintenance and repair of such equipment. Basic duties of the
Maintenance Technician Install, repair, replace, adjust, and align
equipment and its components. Test-run repaired machines to verify
adequacy of repairs. Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or
excessive wear. 480 V Electrical Disassemble equipment to remove
parts and make repairs. Troubleshoot equipment based on program
flow. PLC troubleshooting a plus Electrical Power Distribution
Digital multi-meter Machine calibration Requirements of the
Maintenance Technician Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and
repair of electro mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
using machine drawings and schematics Experience with steam
boilers, process water pumps, and compressed air systems
Fabrication experience using mill, lathe, pipe threading, welding,
and low pressure pipe welding Facility maintenance including
plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and overhead roll up door
repair Knowledge of NEC, including the ability to install EMT
conduit Experience with CMMS systems for electronic work orders and
spare parts inventory management Ability to safely operate a
forklift, scissor lift, and overhead hoists Experience with LOTO,
machine guarding, fall protection, hot work permits, and arc flash
safety OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Schedule: Monday
through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Compensation of the Maintenance
Technician Pay Rate: $28 to $30 per hour If you meet the
