We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time. Field Service Technician We are looking for the perfect candidate to expand our Service Team! Overview The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing our customers with on-site services and support. Applicants Should Be: Able to travel up to 12 consecutive days. Complete a pre-employment drug screening. Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Have a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to sudden changes in plans and scheduled projects. Equipment/Machinery Used Service Truck, Forklift, Lull, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts Essential Functions Comprehending customer requirements, on-site problem-solving skills. Ability to work with on-site technicians and guide crane operators. Ability to overcome difficult situations in field. Maintain a professional appearance to customers at job sites. Includes clothing, truck cleanliness/organization and attitude. Education and Experience Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and communication skills. Required Qualifications/Training Have quality fabrication skills. Have experience with operating heavy equipment (lull, boom lifts, scissor lifts). Free from fear of heights. Learn and obey all safety regulations on each job site and complete all safety training.
