Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Member: Provide
exceptional customer support to customers in Tampa via phone,
email, and chat, ensuring positive and professional interactions.
Address customer issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for
first-call resolution. Provide precise details on offerings,
policies, and procedures, assisting customers with processes to
ensure a comprehensive understanding. Proactively escalate complex
customer issues to relevant teams within Highland Management with
clear documentation for effective resolution. Meticulously log all
customer interactions for accounts in the CRM, detailing inquiry
nature, resolution steps, and outcome, ensuring data accuracy and
completeness. In Tampa, follow up with customers to confirm
satisfaction with issue resolution and address any remaining
concerns, building strong relationships. Collaborate with the
Highland Management team on the campaign to share knowledge and
best practices, fostering a positive team environment and
consistent service. Participate in Highland Management and training
to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and
understanding of policies and procedures relevant to the Tampa
market. Stay current on updates.
