Position Overview This position is ideal for a skilled handyman who takes pride in detailed, high-quality repair work and is willing to learn rodent exclusion techniques. Our technicians have the privilege of working on some of the most high-end homes in the area, where craftsmanship and attention to detail matter. You will use your construction and repair skills daily to seal, repair, and reinforce structures to prevent rodent entry. Exceptional quality work is a must. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed rodent inspections to identify activity and structural entry points Execute rodent exclusion repairs using handyman and construction skills Seal gaps, repair soffits, fascia, siding, rooflines, vents, and crawl space openings Install rodent-proof barriers, flashing, hardware cloth, and exclusion materials Perform light carpentry, sealing, screening, and structural repairs Set and maintain traps as needed Deliver high-quality, professional workmanship on every job Educate customers on sanitation, maintenance, and prevention strategies Accurately document services performed, repairs completed, and recommendations Collaborate with team members and support additional pest control services when needed Preferred Qualifications Strong handyman, construction, or home repair experience required Experience with carpentry, sealing, caulking, screening, and minor exterior repairs Prior rodent exclusion or wildlife control experience preferred (training provided) Knowledge of rodent behavior and exclusion techniques (training provided) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding conditions Pest control certification or willingness to obtain one Benefits Industry-leading pay with production-based earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training in rodent exclusion and structural repairs Employee discounts on pest control services How to Apply If you have strong handyman skills and take pride in detailed, long-lasting repairs, we want to hear from you.
