Maitland, FL Hours: Full time Office Hours: Monday: 9-12 & 3-6
Tuesday: 9-12 Wednesday: 9-12 & 3-6 Thursday: 9-12 & 3-6 Friday:
9-12 Occasional weekends for special events (advance notice
provided) Pay: $19–$21/hour DOE performance bonuses Start Date:
Immediate About Us: The Cove Chiropractic is a growing pediatric,
prenatal, and family wellness-centered practice focused on nervous
system–based chiropractic care. Our office was created to feel
calm, supportive, professional, and organized. We pride ourselves

practice. About the Role: The Patient Care Coordinator is the
anchor of the patient experience and a key support to our doctors
and daily operations. This person helps ensure the office runs
smoothly, patients feel cared for, and systems are followed with
consistency. This is a foundational role with the opportunity to
grow into higher-level operational or leadership responsibilities
over time for the right person. Who You Are: We’re looking for

with holistic health and family wellness Duties & Expectations:
Warmly welcome patients and manage the front desk, creating a
positive first impression Handle scheduling, patient check-ins, and
administrative tasks with attention to detail Assist with patient
scans and x-rays (comprehensive training will be provided)
Participate in marketing initiatives and represent The Cove at
local events Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Contribute to our supportive team environment and collaborative

Qualifications: Previous office administration/marketing experience
preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with
computers, office software, and Canva Ability to work all scheduled
