Job Description:

FHA Property Preservation Coordinator M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Maintain communication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps are completed in a proficient manner. FHA Property Preservation experience is REQUIRED. Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, in order to successfully communicate and submit required documents. Handle both pre and post-sale services regarding vacancies. Must have experience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal software systems. Requirements: FHA experience required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient negotiation skills. Positive approach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
