Position Description

Organize daily/weekly department activities
Prepare a high volume of purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, etc.
Place orders for Project Managers and Superintendents
Resolve issues with subcontractors and vendors; including invoices and pay requests
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements


Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Exel, Outlook, plotter and general office equipment; willingness to learn other software programs
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to function under pressure
Enthusiastically energetic
Provide excellent service to department and coworkers
Exhibit a professional demeanor, including appearance
Interact and communicate professionally with office personnel and clientele
Ability to schedule meetings, fax, and take messages efficiently andaccurately
Ability to multitask, prioritize work load based on deadlines, work independently and possess a strong attention to detail
