Job Description:
The Receptionist /HR Assistant is the face of the company
providing the most delightful experience for all walk-in and
call-in clientele. This position is internal and would be
full-time. We are looking for a great addition to our team that is
eager to continue to learn more aspects of the staffing industry!
Primary Duties of the Receptionist & HR Assistant Position: Greet
and welcome customers, vendors, and other visitors Take employee
temperature screenings as employees come into work 8AM to 10AM
Clerical duties including filing/scanning and data entry projects
as directed by HR staff Updating and maintaining of employee files
Monitor office and lunchroom supplies and placing orders when
needed Seeking out candidates Setting up interviews Miscellaneous
duties as assigned Requirements of the Receptionist & HR Assistant
Position: Office experience preferred - computer skills required
Excellent interpersonal communication, time management and
organizational skills Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
numerous urgent responsibilities Must be detail oriented and have a
sense of urgency while working in a team environment Ability to
provide exceptional, consistent customer service to candidates and
clients Ideal candidates must have a polished and professional
demeanor, excellent timeliness and reliability, and a passion for
supporting internal staff. This is a dual role in that you are the
face of the company, but also the go-to administrative professional
to help the HR team where needed in the office. Employment Type:
