Competitive Compensation 100% Company-Paid Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) Plan with Employer Contributions 2 Weeks PTO Fully Remote Work Environment CPE 100% Covered by Company Fast-Growing, Non-Traditional Firm Focused on Advisory Opportunity to Advance to Director of Operations Profit Sharing No Travel or Office Politics—Fully Remote and Digital-First Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver tax advisory services and identify strategies to reduce client tax liability Participate in quarterly Zoom tax planning calls with clients Prepare and review business (1120S & 1065) and individual (1040) tax returns Ensure all tax strategies are implemented into filings as identified by tax manager Manage and mentor a small team of offshore and junior staff Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring top-tier service Assist in building and improving internal processes and workflows Spot potential errors in complex client filings and correct them Collaborate with leadership on advisory service development Potential to advance into Director-level role with profit-sharing You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting CPA or EA License Required Minimum 7 years of tax experience in public accounting Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience Strong background in preparing 1120S, 1065, and 1040 returns Proven ability to deliver client-facing tax advisory Experience with real estate tax strategies preferred Must be currently working in public accounting Prior remote work experience preferred Demonstrated tenure and stability in past positions Must be passionate about tax strategy and saving clients money Interested in hearing more?
