Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close Manage AP/AR, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Prepare financial reports and internal dashboards for executive leadership Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Partner with operations and sales teams to track inventory and COGS Support year-end audit and tax preparation with external partners Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and controls Support the Controller with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience Background in both public accounting and industry (consumer goods preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; Netsuite or similar ERP is a plus Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup-like environment Experience with inventory accounting and CPG operations is highly preferred CPA certification is a strong plus, but not required Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with leadership Interested in hearing more?
