innovation Job Details What You’ll Be Doing Accounting Leadership –
Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, and general accounting. Financial Reporting –
Finalize month-end close, financial statements, and management
reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policy. Internal
Controls – Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets
and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Team
Supervision – Manage and develop accounting staff, including
supervisors and staff accountants; conduct performance reviews,
coach for growth, and resolve personnel matters. Audit & Tax
Management – Lead the annual financial audit, inventory
observations, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
Risk & Cash Management – Create and manage bank transfers/wires and
oversee treasury responsibilities across accounts. Process
Optimization – Identify opportunities to streamline accounting
workflows and introduce new tools for efficiency. Compliance &
Policy – Develop, communicate, and train the team on accounting
policies and ensure consistent application. Strategic Support –
Investigate unusual transactions and present findings to
stakeholders for action. What We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degree
in Accounting or Finance, CPA required. 8 years of progressive
accounting experience, including team leadership. Deep knowledge of
GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Experience managing audits, preparing for tax filings, and
overseeing treasury operations. A strong leader who values
mentorship, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in entertainment, media, or technology services is a
