Job Description:
Job Number 663642BR Description:The individual selected for this
position will be responsible for the coordination and establishment
of program financial objectives & forecasts, quarterly contract
status reviews (CSRs), including the development of accurate
estimates to complete (ETCs), and variance analysisThe candidate
will analyze the programs' financial performance and provide
analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended
financial CSR and long range plan (LRP) positionsAdditionally,
communicate with multiple functional divisions, and generate
discussions and provide recommendations from a finance perspective
to support all program and company financial objectivesThey will
also be responsible for ad hoc requests and contract closeouts as
needed.
Basic Qualifications:
---Demonstrated ability to interact with high level personnel in
the organization.
---Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite applications; Excel,
PowerPoint, and Word
---Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet hard
deadlines.
---Proactive, self-starter that is willing to ask questions and
learn, ---Be able to build in-person relationships in order to gain
data, perform analysis, ---Provide recommendations and solve
problems or complete tasks with little supervision---Good
communication skills to ask questions and generate discussions in
meetings.
Desired Skills:
---Knowledge of the CSR process
---Strong working knowledge of EFS System and Model Data Reporting
(MDR)
---Prior experience on Tactical Missiles Production Program
---Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
---Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business
functions including application of cost analysis principles.
---Proficient in MS Excel - Possess the capacity for the
development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced
Excel applications.
---Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
---Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process
oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
---Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures
and policies.
---Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6
years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional
experience with a related Masters degreeConsidered career, or
journey, level.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
