The CPGP Global Finance team is a fast-paced, dynamic team with responsibilities for global planning for licensed product, including forecasts, annual plan and long range plan; monitoring of business unit operating performance; and various special projects. This role will report to the Sr. Mgr Global Finance and support the brand consolidation of all functions listed above as well as assist in driving strategy and insight by supporting the North America Franchise team. This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Across all responsibilities, the manager will be challenged to develop and improve processes and models, work effectively with teammates, various lines of business and regional partners. We are looking for a creative, strategic thinker that maintains a high sense of ownership and accountability to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Own the financial consolidation and storytelling of Disney brands across North America
  
  
• 
  Share best practices and findings to APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions
  
  
• 
  Analyze data, identify market trends, and communicate white space opportunities
  
  
• 
  Lead Retail, Sales, Marketing ROI and other ad hoc projects that have impact across brands
  
  
• 
  Be Primary business partner for VP Franchise- NAM
  
  
• 
  Be able to flex and support Sr. Mgr and Global team with traditional planning; Forecast, AOP, LTP for all areas of business
  
  
• 
  Be able to leverage tools such as Excel, Cognos, and other offline systems to support ongoing processes
  
  
• 
  Act as liaison between licensing finance team and division to support on any questions and requests; including ownership and maintenance of the brand hierarchy
  
  
• 
  Create detailed analysis for presentations and reporting packages to CPGP and DPEP Senior Management
  
  
  Basic Qualifications

    5+ years of relevant work experience in fast-paced environment
    
    
  • 
    Strategic thinking: demonstrate attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture by offering creative solutions and tackling high-impact activities
