Job Description:

Our rapidly growing law firm in Orlando, Florida is seeking a full-time intake coordinator to join our team! Salary is between $15-$18 per hour and benefits will be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities:
--- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
--- Book consultations for prospective clients and ensure that schedules are accurate.
--- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently.
--- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys to help grow our prospective client base.
--- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed such as transcription, research, spreadsheet management and writing/responding to emails.

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent needed, Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
--- Customer service or sales experience a plus.
--- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired.
--- Background in the legal industry is preferred.
--- Strong computer and data entry skills required.

We have a beautiful office near downtown Orlando. We provide legal services in the areas of business law, real estate and estate planning. As an added benefit, our firm closes on Friday at 12:30.
